The basics

Through our internal appeal channels, most accounts recover in 1 to 48 hours. Right now we're seeing 2–5 day turnarounds because every major platform is delayed.

Account disablement, permanent suspension, locked / restricted access, shadowban and reach throttling, monetization removal, repeat-violation strikes, impersonation flags, hacked accounts, ad-account disablement, business holds and verification disputes. Every ban reason except cyber-related cases.

Yes. We work globally. Cases are conducted in English or Spanish; we accept evidence in any major language.

Pricing & payment

$3,500 is the floor for straightforward cases ("easy" first-strike CG flags, hacked accounts, impersonation). Final pricing depends on account size (followers) and ban reason. Larger accounts and harder ban categories cost more. Cheaper "guaranteed unban" services usually run automated form spam that platforms block on sight.

No. Every account gets the same attention. Multi-account pricing equals single-account pricing × number of accounts.

Crypto only. We accept BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20) and major stablecoins. No credit cards, no PayPal, no bank transfers. Due to the nature of the service and to protect the identity of the platform employees who assist with recovery cases, cryptocurrency is the only viable option. Wallet address shared via Telegram after we confirm eligibility.

Full crypto refund. The only exceptions: successful recoveries (no refund applies once your account is back) and cases the buyer pulls after submission to our internal reps.

24-hour restoration insurance

Every order includes a 24-hour insurance window. If your account gets disabled again within that timeframe, we re-appeal and restore it at no extra cost. After 24 hours, full responsibility passes to the buyer.

You receive a full refund. The insurance covers re-appeal cost; if the second appeal fails, the original payment is refunded in full.

It becomes a new case. You can absolutely still reach out, but it'll be priced as a fresh recovery — most accounts that get re-disabled after 24h have a different underlying cause.

Process & communication

Just four things: username, follower count, screenshot of the ban message, and date the account was disabled. We never ask for your password. We never need login access.

Yes. Updates are delivered via Telegram whenever we hear back from the platform — usually daily during active escalation.

Legality & security

Yes. We file formal appeals through official platform channels with proper documentation. We do not bot, hack, or exploit any platform.

No. Never. Anyone asking for your password is running a phishing scam, not an unban service.

Cyber-related cases — CSAM, hacking attempts, terror financing and similar. Everything else (CG strikes, impersonation, repeat violations, hacked accounts, business holds, monetization removal, etc.) is on the table.

Only what we need for the case — the 4 details you send, plus any additional evidence required during escalation. Deleted on request after case closure.
